Priyanka Chopra and Salman Khan were good friends and even acted opposite each other in Mujhse Shaadi Karogi and Salaam-e-Ishq. But now reports are that all is not well between the two ever since Salman made demands to replace Priyanka with his girlfriend Katrina Kaif in London Dreams. After that things soured between Priyanka and Salman, recently things were just returning to cordial between the two of them. But recently Sohail Khan offered Priyanka a role opposite himself in his co-production ‘Mr. and Mrs. Khanna’, but Priyanka refused. A source claims “Sohail directly offered the part to Priyanka, but she refused it as she wanted to act opposite a bigger star.” Priyanka has acted with some of Bollywood’s biggest names like Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan , Salman, Akshay Kumar etc and everyone is aware that Sohail’s acting career has not really taken off. Moreover ‘Mr. and Mrs. Khanna’ also stars Salman and Lara Dutta, so if Priyanka is paired opposite Sohail, she will definitely be overshadowed. However Salman’s has not taken Priyanka’s decision well and now is back to cold-shouldering the former Miss World. Reportedly while enacting scenes for their forthcoming film God Tussi Great Ho, Salman refused to hold or touch Priyanka for the romantic scenes and hence the director is having a lot of problems. Priyanka is also keen to work with Salman’s good friend producer Sajid Nadiadwala again in the ‘Judwaa’ sequel (opposite Salman) and Kambakht Ishq (opposite Akshay), however this may now be a problem due to her friction with Salman. |

The “Baywatch” star, 40, wed Robert Salomon, 38, at the Mirage Hotel during a brief ceremony before her children and other family members, People cited sources as saying. Salomon is best known for appearing in a sex video with Hilton. Anderson also starred in a widely-viewed homemade sex tape, later sold for distribution, with her then-husband, rocker Tommy Lee. Anderson and the groom timed the nuptials to take place during the 90 minute break between performances in which she assists stage magician Hans Klok. She reportedly wore a white denim Valentino dress at an intimate ceremony that included guests Tobey Maguire, Lukas Haas and Klok. Anderson was married from 1995 to 1998 to Motley Crue drummer Lee, with whom she has two children, and to rocker Kid Rock for four months in 2006. The Spice Girls will execute their reunion world tour in a super stylish way – by travelling in a Boeing 757 equipped with a creche and make-up parlour. The aircraft, nicknamed ‘Spice Force One‘ will jet the vivacious five around the world when they kick-start their world tour in December. The stylish jet, adorned with official Spice Girls reunion artwork including a creche and make-up parlour, will transport Victoria Beckham, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm and Geri Halliwell, as well as their families, management, wardrobe and make-up assistants and bodyguards. “Spice Force One will be a flying palace,” the Daily Mail quoted a source, as saying. ‘Spice Force One‘ will also include a dining room, business centre, state-of-the-art bathrooms, a media centre and sleeping quarters. “Along with the immediate entourage, the girls will have a team of chefs and nannies who will be on hand 24/7 to feed and look after all the VIPs on board,” the source said. The all-girl band will begin their worldwide reunion tour on December 2 in Vancouver, their first since Geri Halliwell quit in May 1998. |

Troubled rock star Pete Doherty tried to commit suicide in rehab after learning that his ex-fiancee Kate Moss was dating a new man.
The Babyshambles front man downed a whole bottle of pills in a desperate bid to suppress the pain, after discovering that Moss was romancing ‘Kills’ singer Jamie Hince.
However, the singer didn’t succeed in his suicide bid, and fell gravely sick after the incident.
“Pete’s been really wound up over Kate showing off her new man. He saw an opportunity to take an overdose and took it. He told me he didn’t know what the pills were but thought ‘f*** it’ and took them all,” News of the World quoted Doherty’s minder, Johnny Jeannevol, as saying.
“He doesn’t care what drugs do to him-in fact, he likes finding out,” he added.
Johnny also revealed that Kate was on the phone regularly while Pete was in rehab.
“To begin with Kate was ringing him up all the time, concerned for his well-being. But when Pete started to quiz her about the new guy, she was evasive and it got to him. She messed with his head,” he said.
“But now he’s out and happy. He’s trying to keep off the drugs and needs his own space,” he added. Doherty made it out of Clouds House clinic in Wiltshire this week, after spending six weeks off the drugs.

Singer Victoria Beckham has reportedly pocketed a whopping 70,000 pounds for making a guest appearance on hit TV show ‘Ugly Betty‘. The Brit star has done a cameo for the episode titled ‘Nice Day for a Posh Wedding’ that has the show’s baddie Wilhelmina (Vanessa Williams), who is set to marry Bradford Meade (Eric Mabius). In the episode, Beckham plays Williams’ bridesmaid. Living up to her posh image, the Spice Girl wears a figure hugging Vera Wang dress. Reports claim that Beckham offered to star in the series, when she met Mabius at a London awards ceremony recently. Producer Marco Pennette joked that they wanted Posh Spice’s footballer hubby David Beckham to appear on the show. “We want her husband on set. It’s one of the requirements,” the Daily Mail quoted him, as saying. “Obviously she’s a fashion expert herself, so she fitted right in at Mode,” he said. A source said that the singer enjoyed shooting for the episode. “Victoria had a blast filming – and everyone loved having her on,” the source said. BECKS TO BUY TWO HOUSES FOR DAD Ace footballer David Beckham has decided to buy a house and an apartment for his dad in California, in order to mend the rift between them. Beckham has not been on speaking terms with his father Ted for a while now. However, his dad’s near fatal heart attack has brought him close to Ted, who is recuperating at his son’s LA home. “Ted’s heart attack made David realise how much his dad means to him,” News of the World quoted a source as saying. “They’d drifted apart and at one point weren’t even speaking. Before the heart attack they hadn’t seen each other since April. But David’s determined that will all change now,” the source added. The source also said that the new homes are a ‘peace offering’, and that Beckham wants his dad to be close to his family. “The new homes are a peace offering. The apartment in Los Angeles is near to David’s family place. So now Ted can see them all regularly, like Victoria’s parents do, and be a proper grandfather to the boys,” the source said. “Ted doesn’t want to move to the States permanently, but he’s looking forward to seeing more of David. “Becks is a very caring lad and wants to make his dad’s life as easy as possible after this big scare. David, 32, made the generous gesture after flying 6,000 miles to be at Ted’s East London bedside, ” the source further said. Another insider revealed that Ted is a ‘proud man’ and he did not want to move from the NHS to a private hospital. “Ted’s a proud man. He’s very happy with the way he’s been treated by the NHS. The singer, who owns a 12,000 square foot triplex in NYC’s Tribeca district, revealed that she couldn’t recall how many bathrooms her house has. “I don’t know! Do you really want me to try and think about it?” Us Magazine quoted her, as telling ‘Glamour’ magazine. The 37-year-old singer also admitted that she has dedicated an entire bathroom to Hello Kitty. “I’ve liked Hello Kitty since I was little,” she said.
