Lindsay Lohan says she’s learned the lessons of her three stays in drying-out clinics and is growing up at last.
In a call to a Las Vegas radio show, actress and singer Lindsay, 21, also revealed she is back recording in a studio.
She said: “My life is different now, it’s changed and I’m growing up. I’ve gone through a lot and I’m a different person.
“It was time to change. It’s amazing, everything’s going so well.”
Lindsay called on behalf of a friend’s nieces after the show offered tickets to see singer Hannah Montana to people who could get celebrities to phone in.
Last month she was sentenced to four days in jail for drink driving and drug possession in August.
She has since won a role in new tango film Dare To Love Me and is recording a new album.
She said: “It’s good to be back in the studio.
